The Star Integration Server provides a simple, cost-effective and automated method of extracting and sharing data from Oracle Hyperion and other finance applications with relational data stores and Business Intelligence (BI) applications.

The new version offers new features such as:

  • Faster extract performance to Oracle database targets and from cubes in Oracle Essbase Version 9.3.x and higher;
  • New database support leverages the performance, scalability and reliability of IBM DB2 Version 8.2 or higher;
  • Configurability makes it easy to adapt to emerging regulatory and financial reporting requirements including International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS);
  • Support for Oracle Essbase 11.
