Jeff Gentry, the Vice President of Emerging Services at Kroll Factual Data, says that the agreement between his company and MIAC will give mortgage lenders, property managers and others that use real estate data information products that are timely and that can be sequenced in a way that show trending over time. Such information is important at any point, but perhaps never more than in today’s harsh environment.
