IBM Plans Five Business Analytics Centers: IBM has announced plans to open five new Analytics Solution Centers that it said could create as many as 4,000 new jobs.It said centers in Tokyo, London, and New York will staff more than 100 consultants and mathematicians each, serving clients seeking a system-level view of financial risk across markets.
